If you look at words UNITED STATES doesn not mean the same as United States and may not be the same as U.S. Also abreviated states without a period may be under a different "zone" or juristiction than States abreviated with a period. Citizen (Capital C) may not be the same as citizen or Citizen of the United States. One may be refering to a person within the 'federal zone' Look at your bills or contracts such as mortgage and notice your name will be printed IN ALL CAPS but when you sign your name, you sign it with you legal signature. (research strawman and corporate identities). Lawyers use these word games and letter tricks to decieve us causing us to spend or pay for something we should not have to spend or pay in excess.
